Rehabilitation

Alcohol rehabilitation is one of the most challenging rehabilitation treatments. For treating an alcoholic, there is a need to delve deep into the individual’s mind and body.
Before providing any rehab treatment to an alcoholic it is necessary to carry out a thorough survey on his addiction records, medical records, withdrawal symptoms and family history. Thereafter, systematic rehabilitation treatments are provided to him or her.
The treatment programs of alcohol rehabilitation are alcohol detoxification, individual counseling therapy, group counseling therapy, family counseling plan and aftercare.
All rehabilitation treatments can be further classified into outpatient and inpatient treatment or care. It is proved that inpatient rehabilitation treatment is more successful in treating addiction than outpatient rehabilitation treatment.
